O.K if the user has enabled "Resume Partial Files" and then attempts to copy a file that is already 100% the user sees "Copied Files: 0".
If the log file option is enabled it logs:
fileName.ext -> fileName.ext
That's it. Um. Perhaps mention something about it already being done in both the log file and in the main window.

South Australia | | Hi there.. Have just added this bug fix to version 5 which ill hopefully have out this weekend. It will now reflect it was skipped and the reason for it being skipped on the GUI and in the log.
