Unstoppable Copier 4.2 - overwrite overwrites too much... with ~ chars in filename.

Found another data-loss problem when copying some very old backup-folder from/to NTFS partitons:

Example1 and Example2: A folder has two different files, they have different content and different CRC, but same date:

member;h=;sz=468x60;!category=gam[...]5119385.html
MEMBER~1.HTM

After copy with "Overwrite existing.." there is only one of these left on destination, one gets overwritten by the other.

Some other software also can not handle this, like old WinZip or 7-zip, but e.g. WinRAR 3.80 can compact and extract and write the files 100% correct. Also Windows XP copies these files/folders 100% correct.

I uploaded a Test.rar here:

Unpack with WinRAR 3.80 to get all files extracted like in screenshot, then copy with Unstoppable Copier 4.2 with options like in screenshot -> data loss.

The Test.rar also contains Example3 where files have different content, different CRC and different date, but still are not copied correct.

Maybe not a common problem, but should be fixed.

Thanks!

Ahh interesting one.. Im not too sure i should actaully put in a fix for this one because it would cause more harm than good. THe problem is if hte source file is corrupoted the CRC cant be generated correctly and it may cause further issues. Ill have a think about this one and perhaps address it at a later date!
