| | Hi Frank can Disk Image have copy 'end of disk first' like Raw copy has.
How about for bad sectors, a time out so not to make them worse.
Where sectors skipped user settings for lable to be there 'BADSECTOR' or other that user inputs.
After imaging can image again but it just looks at the sectors it missed previously and retries. This would be using different setting for example forward-reverse copy with different timeout set.
If possibile head map selecting, For example 6 heads and #4 is bad 0,1,3,5 be used.
Maybe these ideas go into raw copy also. :) |
