Can't thank you enough for this very easy to use program that gave me my totally irreplaceable files from a cd that went bad. I thought it was lost forever, and your program was able to retrieve every file on that cd, without an error even though Windows couldn't find a a single file on that cd! Remarkable!

Now if you know of a program that can get my files off my dead hard drive, that would be something!!

There's also a cd cleaner solution that radio shack had. It had two bottles, one was rubbing alcohol and the other was a substance that could be rubbed onto the bottom (the side without the printing) and once it dries, the excess could be cleaned off. It would fill in any crevices or blemishes that the alcohol would not clean off.
