I select the Source folder and the Target folder but no files appear and at the bottom under "Total Files to Copy" and "Total Bytes To Copy" it says "Disabled". What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I have the same problem. I e-mailed to Support and never received any answer. Help anyone!!!
