Is it possible to use standard windows Wildcards (*,?) in command line in batch mode. I know that I can create a DOS BAT file using a source criteria that includes one or more wildcard characters. Will Unstoppable Copier UNDERSTAND and properly expand the path which includes WILDCARD characters.

I want to create a batch command like:
From: \\Server\Share\Directory\BUSQL-AFile-200806*.rar
To: G:\DATA

This would retrieve TWO files whose name begins with \\Server\Share\Directory\BUSQL-AFile-200806.

Thanks,

Because ive used the * as the separator in the source/target paths in the batch file you cant use it as a wildcard.. however ? will still work.. in the next version i was planning on having an "Edit" function where you can manually change each of the paths etc in the batch window.. once i have done this ill update the file format and allow wildcards to be used properly

Cheers

One more request dealing with the Batch Function. It would be great if the ADD function in the Batch Copy process remembers the LOCATION of the Previous Request. When Creating Batch Copy files I frequently have to copy files from the same REMOTE directory. Starting at a BLANK address each time requires repeating the traverse to that foreign directory. // Walt //

One more for the road(kil!)... again with Batch Copy functionality: At the present the Batch function can only be invoked with a Point and Click to find the file(s) to copy. It would be great if we can also enter the text file name in the same way that we add it to the main copy screen.

The way I use unstoppable copier (USC):
1) I locate the file I want using Windows Explorer (WE) navigating thru my Network Places.
2) I then COPY the PATH from the WE Address box and paste into the USC Source text box
3) I add a "\" to the end of the path.
4) I highlight the FILE in the WE Files pane, Press F2 and then Control-C to capture the FILENAME which I paste into the USC source textbox after the "\".

It would be great to paste this string directly into the batch source entry area (which doesn't exist today!).

Keep up the good work. I use USC almost every day!
