Hi,

First let me tell you how great your software is, it is right now working to save my files from a 1TB drive. The question I have is that basically, I have asked the software to save the good files first, but it skipped a few files but does not show any corrupted files. I would assume that skips them because they are corrupted/damaged?
Why would it skip files if they are not?

Thanks!

There is a few reasons they will be skipped...

1/ you dont have admin rights to the file
2/ they are corrupt and you have the "auto skip corrupt" files function enabled
3/ you dont have it set to overwrite or resume existing files and the file exists in the destination

try using the log function on the settings tab - hopefully hte log file has some more information for you!

Cheers
