I recorded a concert on a digital audio recorder using a 4GB CF card. Unfortunately, because of operator error (me), the file wasn't saved properly, giving me only the first 1KB of the 1.8GB in the FAT. Using sectedit, I copied the first 1.8GB onto a file, redefined it as .wav, and gave it to the waveform editor. It was all there!
