I have an external WD drive that is no longer seen by Windows. (It stopped working after I inadvertantly disconnected it while program was accessing it.)

It does show up in Disk Management as "Disk1 Unknown 465.76GB Not Initialized".

I attempted to use Unstoppable to recover data, but cannot browse to source -- it does not appear in directory tree.

Any suggestions to recover data?

Theres no way unstopable copier will be able to transfer data from one of these disks. its purely for disks with physiucal damage, not logical damage. Best suggestion is a recovery app like FileRestore pro from www.pcrecovery.com! It works on a differnet method that doesnt require a coherant file system to recover the data.
