I created a complete backup of a failing bootable hard drive (C) to an external drive. Imaging would not work because of errors on the drive.
Since the computer was under warranty I took it to the store and they replaced it with a new drive and reinstalled Win 7.
I want to restore the RAW back to the new C drive. I downloaded the stand alone version and ran it in admin mode from the USB stick.
When I attempt to copy the RAW from the external drive back to bootable C: it just gives write errors for every file.
Any idea as to what is going on?
