I am trying to copy a DVD. I selected the source and target drives (both writable) and clicked copy.... It appears the files are read but nothing is copied and the 3 indicators are set to "disabled"

How can I fix this?????? Please help

I have the same problem. I e-mailed to Support and never received any answer. Help anyone
