I like how simple your software is to use. The wife and I have been playing with different stuff. She really like the loan calculator (surprise, suprise).

Anyway, I don't know if you've tried Disk Speed on a SCSI RAID system but when I run it on my gaming rig, there are no drives to pick in the drop-down box. The system is running Vista Ultimate and uses an Intel SRCU42E SCSI RAID controller with PCIE interface and 4 SCSI drives.

Are you logged in as an administrative user?? Im using vista and unless im in as admin nothing appears on my drop down either.. Do you get any UAC pop up boxes saying "this program needs administrator access"???

Do any of my other disk utils like sector editor or diskimage pick up the drives??

You will probably find that vista has this annoying issue, as roadkil stated, unless you have full permission, any "direct access" to hardware, vista believes you are a virus, or up to no good. Thus, it tends to deny you access to your own system.

Rebooting into safe mode, or full admin access should fix the issue. There is also another piece of software which can "unlock" this, if you still have problems.
Ill let you do your homework on that. But you should be ok.

Hello, I have VERY strange results in the Online Comparison... There might be some manipulation or similar affecting the results, as shown by my image
