Roadkill Disk Wipe: What is \"Blank Disk\" and \"R
Does \"blank disk\" mean that each sector in sequence from the beginning to the end, of the hard drive, is written over, by requested number of times? Also, what is \"random data\" mean?

instead of leaving the system with intact data, randomizing, unrecognizable, yet still in peices, scattered about the hard drive, the blankdisk sets everything back to 0. the idea ia as viruses develop and become smaller they remain intact. randomized is probably faster. as for the blinking, it probably because its got to run on little memory so it can move itself to a blankspot and reinstall drivers to run on, visuals probably wasnt high on this programmers priorities. they have a 1.2
