Hi there - ive had a few people report this issue. Its due to a locking problem on the logical partitions on the physical disk. Windows is blocking them from being accessed. I will correct in the next update soon!

Quick note to say thank you for this magnificent application. It is exactly what one needs when faced with a dodgy drive that you need to copy files from with the least amount of hair pulling. It lets you know exactly which files are problematic without getting hung up and endlessly retrying.
