Just the bare minimum... Enough to be able to hook to the scheduler and copy every so many minutes etc.. I am always trying to get find a program that will copy files even if they are in use. I understand the risks, but sometimes the in use flag is an overkill. Meaning some applications lock a file that is not going to be changed,unless you save it. etc...
